Karalea Richards
Retreat Leader + Yoga Instructor

The world is our studio. I lead groups in a practice of experiences in nature, yoga, food, art, and meditation. I am always looking for new ways to share healing practices with my community, and welcome any opportunity to help others rise with new consciousness and empowerment.

I host small-group retreats designed to heal and recharge those seeking peace and power. Retreats are architected from experiences in nature, yoga practice, mindful art, meditation, and meals - and thematically constructed to deliver on thoughtful introspection, self-healing techniques, and practical daily tools to build on each person’s unique potential.

Karalea started practicing yoga in 1999, and taught her first yoga class in 2012. She received her Bachelor’s of Science, Kinesiology from Arizona State University. Karalea completed her yoga teacher training with Shambhavananda Yoga at Konalani Ashram, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

“The practice of yoga is a path of self love, discovery, and ultimately deep healing. Yoga is where I connect to mySelf, to the Higher Power and to my fellow humans. My purpose is to help others along their journey, to finding peace and healing, with yoga as the vehicle.”
