SANTA BARBARA WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES

Karalea teaches a Healing Hatha yoga class twice a week at Clay Studio. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The slower pace allows focus on breathing techniques and movement control. Healing Hatha Yoga is a beautiful and intentional moving meditation.

Karalea teaches a Slow Flow Hatha class every week at Flow Yoga. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Complete relaxation and mind/body balance are the destination, as we open to the healing nature of Hatha Yoga. Class recommended for all levels; beginners very welcome!

Karalea has been leading small-group yoga and retreats since 2016. Retreats are architected from experiences in nature, yoga practice, mindful art, meditation, and meals - and thematically constructed to deliver on thoughtful instrospection, self-healing techniques, and practical daily tools to build on each person’s unique potential.

Karalea is a Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a Bachelor of Science of Kinesiology from Arizona State University.
